O acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o contribui para aumentar a efici\u00eancia do Poder P\u00fablico e elevar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o social.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es produzidas ou sob guarda do poder p\u00fablico s\u00e3o p\u00fablicas e, portanto, acess\u00edveis a todos os cidad\u00e3os, ressalvadas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais e as hip\u00f3teses de sigilo legalmente estabelecidas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em cumprimento da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa 02 de 06 dezembro de 2016, o Instituto de Ci\u00eancias Exatas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais disponibiliza em seu Portal informa\u00e7\u00f5es classificadas como p\u00fablicas ou transpar\u00eancia ativa.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; LAI (lei n\u00ba 12.527\/2011) regulamenta o direito constitucional de acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas.
