A Licen\u00e7a para Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o consiste na licen\u00e7a concedida a cada quinqu\u00eanio de efetivo\u00a0 exerc\u00edcio, para que o servidor possa participar de a\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento, no interesse da\u00a0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o, sem preju\u00edzo da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do cargo.<\/p><p>Art. 14. A Licen\u00e7a para Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser concedida ao servidor nas seguintes condi\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p><p>I &#8211; a cada quinqu\u00eanio de efetivo exerc\u00edcio, pelo prazo de 90 (noventa) dias, n\u00e3o sendo permitido acumular quinqu\u00eanios;<br \/>II &#8211; de forma parcelada em, no m\u00e1ximo, 6 (seis) per\u00edodos, o menor n\u00e3o podendo ser inferior a 15 (quinze) dias, observado o interst\u00edcio de pelo menos 60 (sessenta) dias entre quaisquer per\u00edodos.<\/p><p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. A Licen\u00e7a a que se refere o caput somente ser\u00e1 concedida quando:<\/p><p>I &#8211; a a\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento a ser realizada pelo servidor estiver prevista no Plano de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas anual da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>II &#8211; a carga hor\u00e1ria total da a\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento ou do conjunto de a\u00e7\u00f5es a ser realizada for igual ou superior a 30 (trinta) horas semanais.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Licen\u00e7a para Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Complementar 01\/2023 Art. 13.
